Price match:

The price we charge is the same or less than the price you would otherwise pay for this product elsewhere in Pakistan (with the exception of minor currency fluctuations / conversions).

We offer various payment options. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard,

  • American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery
  • service for customers inside Pakistan.
Finding the perfect outfit:

Good news! We provide a comprehensive alteration service, unparalleled in the industry.

  • You can add sleeves, adjust one or more measurements, and even add new items such as a stole.
  • or bottoms of your choice! How? Once you have placed items in your shopping bag, go into ‘View Shopping bag’
  • and select the item you wish to alter and then click on ‘Alteration form’. Please complete with as much
  • detail as possible. The prices are included in the form. Please note, the design of some outfits may mean
  • that a particular alteration type may not possible, where this is the case, we will let you know via email.
  • The alteration service is not available on cash on delivery and once altered, exchange/ refund is not possible.
Delivery:

The security of your packages is very important to us, hence all deliveries require an authorizing signature.

  • During the checkout process, we will let you know when to expect your parcel. If you haven’t received it by then, please email us on online@latelier-pk.com
  • We endeavor to keep our online catalogue constantly refreshed with new products and up to date at all times. If in the unlikely scenario, a product you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you by email and you will not be charged for this item.

Track your order:

You can track your order using our Tracker app. We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Change or cancel your order:

Please check all details carefully before submitting your order as once you’ve submitted it, you cannot alter the order or change the delivery address.Once submitted, an order cannot be cancelled.

Exchange or refund your order:
